Was down but am up and running again…

I was in the midst of writing a post this afternoon when my disk crashed and wouldn’t restart. I was offline all afternoon waiting to get my hands on a Windows CD.
The darnest thing was my last backup was two weeks ago. Blush! Blush! Yeah, I should’ve known better after what I’ve been telling you guys. I had guests from out of town and it’s been a wild two weeks of fun, fun, fun. Backups were the last thing on my mind.
Thank goodness for Superman who came to the rescue of a damsel in distress with my Windows CD. I’m running my backup now (whew! thank goodness there IS still something to backup, thought I’d lost my hard disk!) so I thought I’d do a brief update here.
Next up, got a juicy post in my draft folder which I’ll unleash tomorrow. Meantime, I need to catch up on my beauty sleep. Two weeks of fun is taking its toll and I desperately need to get some shuteye.
