Have you ever thought of real estate as a line of business? Actually it’s one of those by-the-way sources of income that I’d been suggesting to my dad since his retirement.
You could either work freelance for a real estate company like Asheville Realty. Properties around the Asheville area are increasing in value every year.
Or if you heard about a piece of property that’s up for sale, you could pass the word along. If you find a buyer, you’d be collecting a neat little commission.
Or better yet, if you had money on hand, you could invest in land or property for resale. It’s a smart way of turning your money over for a quick profit. It’s one income stream that you can think about.
