Fitness and business can go hand-in-hand

I was out at lunch yesterday and there was a group of business people at the next table. I couldn’t help but notice that all of them were overweight. The result of one too many business luncheon, I’m inclined to think.

Then after work, there’s no time for anything else, least of all exercise. That was how it was for me when I was working in Corporate Tower.

You may be obligated to do way too many lunches but you don’t have to get fat. Use their diet journal to monitor your food intake. Schedule an exercise routine into your work week. You’ll find that a healthier you is capable of a much higher level of productivity at work and business.
