A business no-no

A friend of mine recently realized that he had been had by his so-called friend and real estate agent. On several occasions, she’d deliberately overcharged his tenants and pocketed the money.
Is this a wise thing to do in business? To cheat your customer and hope they don’t find out? Well, the thing of it is that he did find out and she can be sure he’ll never do business with her again.
