Can the canned responses please

Isn’t it amazing how some businesses only seem to send out canned responses? That’s what I’ve noticed as I’ve been trying to communicate with a couple of companies here.
I write in explaining the situation asking for them to explain things to me. Back comes the same canned response they sent out the first time. And it isn’t one that says a real person is going to get in touch with me either.
I write in for the third time and they still send the same canned response. I’ve given up. I don’t think anyone can do business like this. It’s very frustrating
