Thanks and appreciation

In this season of giving, don’t forget to thank your customers and readers for their support. As always, a word of thanks goes a long way in business. It’s nice to be appreciated. People like that and they’re likely to warm up to you almost immediately.

If you have freebies, you might throw that in as a token of your appreciation. Or send them a greeting card by snail mail. This is a nice touch, very personal and being offline, it also shows that you’ve really taken the trouble.

So here I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for visiting and reading my blogs and leaving your comments (and I don’t mean you spammers!). I’ve had a great year writing this blog and I’m excited about what next year’s blogging scenario will bring.
