Help preparing for your real estate exams
Posted on December 28, 2007 |
Real estate is typically a very lucrative business to be in. A few of my friends have gotten their licenses to become certified real estate agents and are doing very well indeed in this field.
Granted that this business rides the highs and lows of the real estate market but I’d still have to say it pays good returns when the market is strong. Of course, there are risks with any kind of business and real estate is no different.
Before you can be a certified agent though, I believe there are exams that you need to sit for to earn your accreditation. These exams are based on the national as well as the specific state laws. The main Real Estate Test providers are AMP, PSI, Experior and Promissor.
To prepare for these exams, you can use the CompuCram Exam Prep software. The questions are not exactly the same as those you might encounter in the AMP, PSI and other exams but they are pretty similar in style and format.
So these sample exam questions are a great place to start and provide you with a good idea of what to expect. The software comes with a 100% money back guarantee to help you pass your real estate exams the first time around.
Definitely worth considering, I think, because you don’t want to spend too much on those exams. You want to get them right the first time.
