Microsoft gives up on Yahoo!

Well, it looks like Microsoft might not be buying Yahoo! after all since they can’t seem to agree on a price. I’m not sure if it’s some kind of business strategy on the part of Yahoo! or if it’s sheer playing hard to get.
Maybe it has to do with pride. But whatever it is, I was hoping they would just go with Microsoft and be done with it, if nothing else, to avoid Google entering the game and causing an even bigger upset.
I used to be a Google supporter but after what they did with the rank spank and depriving the small-time home business owners from making an income to feed their families, I’m sure not many of us would like to see them in an even stronger position to take away the income we work so hard to build.
