is blogging harmful to your health?

As you know, there’s been quite a lot of talk lately about how blogging can be detrimental to your well-being. I guess it depends on many factors. Like there are those who are so greedy they will stay up night after night without any decent sleep for years, just on the off-chance that they might miss out on some paid posts.
They’re glued to their computers endlessly even when they have a network of bloggers who alert them to any new opportunities. On the rare occasion when they’re not at their computers, they’re constantly online checking their mobile devices for new opportunities.
How do you live like that? I mean, what fun is life, not to mention, how unhealthy it can be both physically and mentally. Their entire existence revolves around blogging and they beat themselves up if they so much as miss a single paid opportunity. So it’s hardly surprising that this sedentary lifestyle will lead to stress, burnout and obesity that even Phentermine can’t really help.
So is blogging harmful to your health? Only if you allow it to be.
