Customers first!

The more I run around on my errands, the more I seem to be encountering instances of poor customer services.
Short of installing a speaker mount and turning up the volume, I really don’t know how else to impress on business owners to take their customer service more seriously.
The idea is quite simply to create a good customer experience to get them to come back and do business with you again. So think, customers first!
