Need more time to get more done

Between entertaining guests from out of town and keeping up with my home business, I’ve been staying up late into the wee hours of the morning. I know it’s not a case of poor time management 
. But still I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day.
I have to prioritize heavily and do the stuff that needs to get done first – like processing orders, publishing my ezines. The other stuff like answering chatty emails, I’m leaving them for now until I can catch my breath.
I’m really sleep-deprived to the point that I’m thinking if it might be worthwhile investing in one of those espresso machines so I can overdose on coffee to get more done. Unhealthy, I know but…
