Ever been to a website that offers an online chat session? I’m sure you have. Initially I thought why add one more thing to your site to confuse the visitor when all they need is just a regular email.

I have encountered so many cases of poor customer service I can’t understand why business owners aren’t taking it more seriously. If there’s one area that more businesses should be focusing on, it’s customer service.

    Yes, now days not only quality support is needed, but very fast also. And best way to have fast support is to have chat or phone conversation, if possible all time during the day. That will boost company ratings for sure and leave great thoughts at costumers.
