Importance of a contact page

One of the most important features your site or blog should have is a contact page. Many times, I’ve come across good sites and wanted to ask a question or leave a comment but found that there’s no way I can contact the owner. What a shame!
I mean, I could be a big time advertiser wanting to place an ad on the site but if I can’t make contact with the owner, I’m probably going to be taking my money elsewhere.
