Preparing for a leadership role

Posted on September 5, 2009 | 1 Comment

In times like these when the economy isn’t at its rosiest, many folks I know are going back to school. What a great idea! I’m a big advocate of education so don’t ask me unless you want me to convince you to go for it  .

Lewis University offers an online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership that enhances your practical knowledge of current management and leadership techniques and best practices, a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, and prepare you to manage today’s fluid organizational environment.

This is a 37 credit hour course featuring a multi-faceted curriculum conducted by faculty with years of practical and academic experience under their belts. From here on, you have a multitude of careers to choose from, whether as an International Business Consultant or Corporate Coach, just to name a couple.

Lewis University is a Catholic and LaSallian university and I know for a fact that the LaSallians are known for advocating high standards of education. So if you’re considering going back to school to enhance your career opportunities when waiting for the economy to recover, why not consider a course in Organizational Leadership?
