When the son takes over

I was at my mechanic’s this morning and he was exceptionally nice to me after the ticking off I gave him last week about how he frequently does a mediocre job that doesn’t actually fix my problems and then I have to bring my car back in a second time.
That’s the son, not the father. Ever since the son took over, the quality of service has gone down the tubes. Lots of people have been complaining about the way the business is being run now, and if they don’t do something about it, they’re going to lose many more loyal customers in the long run.
