Customers first, or is it last?

When you’re a home business owner, there are days when everything else but business takes precedence and you get nothing done. I was out all of yesterday, firstly to get some discount prescription eyeglasses for my daughter.
Don’t ask me why it is that store staff cannot give me a reliable answer when I ask them when the optician will be in. Yesterday was the 3rd time we’d gone to the store after being told the optician would be in, only to find out he wasn’t!
That’s really no way to do business, quite honestly! Finally we managed to catch him. He made us wait while he cooly made phone calls to his suppliers, then put on his necktie 
!
