no cheese please

These couple of months, we’ve been having  spaghetti bolognaise without the Parmesan. Our sandwiches are pure BLT (bacon, lettuce and tomato) without the cheddar cheese I used to include. We have pizza like once a month now.

The girls have lost quite a bit of their baby fat. I’m attributing it to the reduced cheese in our diets and the fact that we’re eating more Chinese food now which is practically cheese-free.

Lunch has been mainly noodles (in clear soup, in tomyam soup or fried). On occasion, I buy chicken rice or barbecued pork rice. The kids are learning to like these simple foods which are less rich than what we’ve been eating.

So I’m happy.
