if I were a wealthy mom

If I had to pick one place I’d like to live in, I’d pick Southern California. The weather is simply beautiful. I’m not a sun love so mild weather like that is only something I can dream about.
It’s hard not to fall in love with San Diego especially. It has a certain attraction in its beautiful beaches and homes. Gosh, I’m sure some of that san diego real estate must cost a fortune!
In fact, the luxury home market is very strong right now around the Southern Californian region. The cost: a cool million! Now if I were a wealthy mom, I’d know where to invest my money
