talk it all out

One of the best ways of dealing with stress is to talk to someone. Call up a friend and go for coffee and talk away your stress.

I’ve tried it and it really works. After you’ve let it all out, it seems like you’ve unloaded a great big mountain off your shoulders and suddenly you can breathe again and things don’t look as bad as they seemed last night.
