wanted - more zzz’s

Is there such a thing as making up for lost sleep? I’ve been up late these couple of months working on projects and stuff which leaves me really sleep-deprived for most of the day when I need to be wide awake.

I’m trying to slip in forty winks here and there, just trying to play catch-up. But I’m still as sleepy as ever, even after I get a full 8 hours’ sleep some nights.

I’m just wondering if I will ever make up for the hours I lost. Anyone has any ideas about this?

  3. I think once your sleep pattern is off, it takes weeks to recover. At least it does for me! My wife on the other hand seems to bounce right back after a day.
