stop killing the trees
I hate to see paper go to waste. When it comes to photocopying, I always try to use both sides of the paper whenever possible.
It upsets me to see people use only one side of the paper. If you use both sides of the paper, it actually lightens your load too. Why lug around a huge thick stack of documents when you can reduce it by half? It doesn’t make sense.
What’s worse is when they squish up an absolutely good white sheet of paper (that may be just a wee bit crumpled) and aim it at the wastebasket for target practice.
Hey, do us a favor and leave a few trees so our grandkids won’t have to go to a museum to see what a tree (a preserved one at that) looks like, will ya? I’m tempted to tell them.
With all those recycling campaigns, you’d think people would just do their bit.
- spicy breakfast
- can I clear your plate, ma’am?
- sea breeze, palm trees and no money?
- where’s that recycling van when I need it?
- together we can save our environment
I rarely use paper anymore for anything. Just don’t really need it all that much with so many electronic devices available. I take notes once in a while, but those papers are always filled up until all the white space is gone…lol
