Gimme A Break

It’s amazing how women mimic each other so much. Where I go dancing, the women are now doing the camouflage craze. Hordes of them are wearing identical military-print pants. They remind me of a herd of zebras at a watering hole doing the chacha.

I could’ve sworn camos went out of style back in the 1990’s. Maybe I’m wrong. But there’s no way I’m going to be caught in that herd .

I remember when those 2-piece cardigans were in (and apparently for some people, they still are!), I pondered daily on how women could wear them and walk out into the blazing sun.

If the weather was cool, I could understand it. But it’s 90+ degrees here.every.day so how can you wear something that thick and not melt in a minute?

Personally I’ve given up anything that has a collar and sleeves, and I’m sticking with what’s comfortable, not what’s fashionable.
