square steering wheel
It’s my constant worry that one of these days my dear neighbor will back her car into mine. I tend to park my car on the road rather than in my driveway. I do so many taxi runs a day it doesn’t make sense to keep backing out of my driveway.
Every morning at 9:30, my neighbor leaves for work. She’s one of those incredibly lazy and stupid women who drive without turning their steering wheel. For all we know, her steering wheel is square, not round.
From her driveway, she reverses in a straight line all the way over to the second house across the street. If my car happens to be too far in front, she might just hit it as she’s reversing out.
Oh, by the way, she doesn’t bother to look left, right or behind when she reverses! She simply assumes that everyone else will avoid her.
It really stresses me out having to remember that I should park my car in such a way that no matter where she parks hers, she would not hit mine when she decides to leave her house!
