The kids have been asking for a pet for a long time now. But I’m really not inclined to keep one because of the work, time and cost involved.
As it is, I’m running on a super tight schedule and honestly, the last thing I need is another ‘kid’ to look after, feed and bathe.
The kids envy their friends who have pets and have come up with many creative reasons why they should have one too.
