staying home
I was running around the past few days trying to pin down a holiday destination that hasn’t yet been fully booked. But you know what? Every available room and flight where we want to go is booked… rock solid!
There’s not even a wisp of a chance of squeezing a hair in there if we wanted to :lol: . I’m a big procrastinator when it comes to booking vacations. Maybe it’s because I so dread the job description :???: !
So I always wait till the last minute. And so far, I guess we’ve been pretty lucky in that although we sometimes don’t get our first choice of destinations, we always inadvertently do end up on vacation somewhere.
Not this year though. What’s with people this year? The malls are jam-packed with crowds so it canNOT be that everyone’s away on holiday. Duh!
