pure water without boiling

These are blazing hot days we’re having now, so drinking lots of water is a must. With all the running about that I do and at the rate we guzzle water in this household, I sometimes don’t have time to boil water to keep up with the demand.
Our water here is not safe to drink straight from the tap. My neighbor, an older woman, mentioned her daughter has been talking about getting her a water cooler system so she’ll have a supply of o premium waters without having to bother boiling her own water.
You can get those huge plastic canisters delivered to your house, she tells me. Just plug it into your water cooler system and you’ll get pure water. No need to boil water anymore, she says.
I have a water cooling machine, that I refill with 5 gallon plastic bottles.
I refill the bottles at the grocery store. Its cheap and is delicious!
