drink tea to de-stress

I love drinking tea. Many of you know that. Each day, I actually brew a different type of tea for a bit of variety.

So one day, it could be oolong, the next, Earl Gray, and then Japanese green tea. I have a cupboard full of tea to choose from.

I find that drinking tea calms me down. It’s a bit of a comfort drink for me. No matter how busy I am, a few sips of tea as I’m headed out the door actually perks me up.

Try drinking tea if you’re stressed. It’s also got a ton of other health benefits so you may be getting more good out of it than you bargained for :wink: .
