food prices, they keep goin’ up, up and away

Talk about rising food prices. We’ve cut down eating out to about 2-3 times a week. The rest of the meals, I cook at home. We’re too busy during the school week anyways.
We notice the prices of more of our favorite foods going up every weekend. Friday’s is charging for extra barbecue sauce. McDonald’s McFlurry has gone up a buck, not to mention the other menu items sneaking up.
Some of the places that used to offer free refills have stopped doing that. And places where the prices haven’t gone up, the servings have gotten smaller.
