marinara meal

I’m planning to cook up a storm again today. My girls are home and I’m just too lazy to go looking for food outside. So I reckon I’ll just whip up a simple shrimp linguine marinara at home.

We tasted this at an Italian restaurant a couple of weekends ago and it’s pretty good even with just tomato and herbs. I hardly ever make marinara at home because the kids seem to balk at it. But they seem to like the one we ate at the restaurant so I’ll make it today and see how they like my version :wink: .

  1. Well, did the children like the marinara? I shouldn’t do this but I add sugar to my marinara sauce just so the kids would eat it. I figure that a little sweetness to the sauce would make it more appealing to them.
