long quiet weekend

What a quiet weekend! I guess everyone’s still away celebrating the new year. It’s rare that New Year’s day falls on a Friday for such a long stretch of weekend so I guess it’s the perfect opportunity to get away or just laze around for another couple of days before the year goes into full swing again.
I haven’t done much. We are just lazing around at home enjoying the last few days of quiet before the madness starts again. How about you?
