The kids and I drove all the way downtown this afternoon just to enjoy some free coffee and donuts. We have some coupons expiring tomorrow so that was the perfect excuse I needed to pack everyone in for the somewhat long drive into town.
I know how that sounds but really it’s because we didn’t want the coupons to go to waste. I mean, we’re talking latte at San Francisco Coffee and donuts from Big Apple here.
Being a work at home mom, I find it really hard to sit down with a book. I may start out with all the good intentions of finishing a book but I rarely get past the first few pages.

I’ve just downloaded their business ebook, 15 Creative Ideas to Increase Your Sales. I thought I’d share this with you since it’s free and you probably would find it useful.
I’m sure you’re just as eager as I am to make some Christmas money, so this is a book both you and I should read.
I’ve been hankering after a new cell phone for a while now. My iPaq, while terrific for all the pocket PC functions of allowing me to connect to the internet even when I’m outside, has a really soft, almost inaudible ringing volume.
It’s a known problem with the iPaq model that I have. As a result, I’ve missed many calls and gotten quite a bad rap with my friends already. So I’m on the lookout for a new phone with a thunderous ring that I can hear from miles away

I really dread the thought of shopping for a new phone though. There are 101 models on the market and I get confused just trying to figure out which ones have the features I want for the right price. Duh!
I found a rather interesting site at HandCellPhone.com which contains news and reviews that I can read to help me make up my mind about which phone to buy. At least I can go out there a little more prepared.
The most curious part of the site is the section that lets me Buy and Compare Free Cell Phones. What? Free cell phones? Someone pinch me. Okay, I got to go back there and check this out one more time.
Are you a contest freak who simply loves to win? Well, who doesn’t? Typically you’d be filling in entry forms, collecting proof of purchase, looking for answers or concocting slogans.

Being Mom Chef Extraordinaire constantly prowling the internet for new recipes to try, there’s no way I can discover a site offering free recipes and not tell anyone.
I’ve just been over to CookingSpot.com and guess what I found. Cajun Shrimp Fettucini ! What a coincidence that this was what I ordered on Mother’s Day and it’s left me craving for more. Woot, now I can try and whip this up in my own kitchen. How cool is that.
There’s thousands more free recipes where this came from, so I’m headed back to dig around some more. I need all the recipe ideas I can get to feed my small troop of food guzzlers.
